My dress is hot pink, A-line and simple. I have silver strapy shoes. I need a great curly messy updo. I want silver/plum smoky eyes, and i cant decide what color to do my nails.

Seems like you know what you want. Just curl all your hair and pin it up in a bun but leave a few strands hanging out. I dont think your nails should be pink just because it might be a little much. They should be simple like white with a pink and silver (or maybe black) design. No tips on the eyes though, im not too great with the makeup. Have fun.
