Ideas for freehand nail art?

My nails are shorter. And i can do like zerbra prints nails french tip. but what are some other ideas i could do. i have a bunch of diffrent thin tipped nail polish brushes. Could you give me some ideas and possibly tell me how to do them. Pics and link are appreciated

K I used to be so into nails and that kind of stuff I had all the tools and I did all sorts of designs but unfortunately my computer is being really gay and wont let me add links which means no pictures so I will explain the best I can


#1 The 1st one is pretty easy but you'll need to use the thin brushes or use a line tool


step 1


paint the tip or all of the nail a lime beahy green (you can find that color at sally beauty supplies, clairs, icing, and hot topic.)


step 2 let it dry (duh lol) use your thin brush or line tool to make 5 black lines the lines should be placed on the edge of the nail (the side) make them kind of ascending outwards like rays of sun but they stop mid nail if that makes any sense (black nail polish is also found at the stores listed above)


step 3 let dry again then add glittery nail polish (clear with sparkles)


let that dry and then your done unless you would like to add a clear coat over that to preserve


Nail Design #2


This actually looks better on your toes but fingers are cute too


This is also pretty simple


Step #1 Paint nail black completely


Step #2 Let dry then put another coat to secure the color let dry again


Step #3 Use a thin brush or line tool again to make white fire flames starting from the bottom to as high as you'd like


Step #4 Let dry and add a clear coat to preserve and your done :)


Nail Design #3


This one is a little more difficult (to explain and do) And also looks better on your toes


Step #1 Paint your nails black (Lots of black huh)


Step #2 Let dry then get out a white and again use the thin brush or line tool make a thin line going from the top middle of your nail to the left or right side of your nail


Step #3 then do a thin line of white through the middle of the nail (all the way across)


Step #4 do an additional line of white across just below that


Step #5 then from the bottom center of your nail curving to the end of the last line do 5 little polka dots


Step #6 Still using the same tool paint blue lines right next to all of the white lines (touching them)


Step #7 repeat step #6 with silver then your doneIdeas for freehand nail art?
