There are fast french manicure kits out there, and you can do them in around 5 mins. :) they have special applicators

Get a glittery topcoat, or some cheapo nail decals and put that on top. Or you can do a funky french manicure, with different colors, like sparkly red tips instead of classy white.
paint them different colors! like each one a different color or something.
i do zebra stripes on mine but that takes a little bit longer.
do french nails with glitter as the tips instead of white! its so cute in the end! lol
