Nail bed red at the top, any idea what this is caused from?

My nails just don't look healthy. I've heard you can tell alot by the looks of your nails. My pinky and ring finger nails, on both hands, are white in color, but then almost the whole top half is very pinkish-red, and sometimes have white spots also. Any ideas what this is?Nail bed red at the top, any idea what this is caused from?
You should see a Physician as you could need some blood work done to see if you are lacking in some vitamins and minerals. Many times people do not get the correct amount in their diet and yes the finger nails can reveal the problem.Nail bed red at the top, any idea what this is caused from?
the white spots mean you have a calcium deficiency.
