I love painting my nails but have ran out of ideas ; any help please

Ok so i love painting my nails but i am bored of just painting them with one colour any one got any ideas of patterns of something more exiting than just a colour any help would be highly appreciated


P.S i am quite good at it but not like amazingly artistic so don't like suggest 2 harder answers because my nails will end up looking awful lol thanks . I love painting my nails but have ran out of ideas ; any help please

Designs like zebra print, strawberry nails, stripes and polka dots, etc. Some posts are just ideas and some break it down in steps, so whatever level of skill you have, the site should give you some inspiration. Urmm you could paint each nail a different colour, like green, yellow, orange, pink. These kind of neon colours are really in fashion atm.


Or you could paint your nails with different colour tips. Like paint the nail pink and do a yellow tip instead of the classic french look.


You can also get nail varnishes fro places such as Avon which have a very thin brush so you can paint on your own patterns such as flowers and hearts.


You could also put gemstones on the nails as this looks really nice

The migi nail art pen, which I have used, is a nail polish pen with different size tips, one for the base color and the thinner one for the designs.





However, their web site provides some step-by-step designs of simple nail art. PLus, the toerrific.com web site is made for painting toenail art, and with matching flip flops sandals you can create really cool effects. Between the two these should be very useful for what yoiu want to do with your finger and toenails.





Finally, www.stylist.com view the 13 Wild nail art pictures especially the creamsicle orange with thin balck lines, my perosnal favorite...or just use criss cross with different colors or a reverse french manicure with a dark tip and lighter color polish, same with a reverese pedicure too. hey hun i have a relly cheap answer:





1. get 2 bottles of different coloured nail varnish


2. apply a nail guide(u can gt them in frnch amnicure kits or go to walmart or woolworths and get sticers, blank ones and then cut them in to strip).


3. Peel 1 sticker off and place into the centre of the nail.


4. apply 1st nail varnish on left side of nail stcker.


5. wait to dry then a peel off sticker.


6. Apply next 2nd varnish on the remaining bare nail.


7. Wait 4 it to dry then apply a topcoat.



At Sally's beauty supply they usually have a kit where you can do designs and stuff on your nails. They also have special nail polish where the brushes are super thin and they are used to make designs. For patterns or ideas, there are flowers, zebra print. polka dots, stripes things like that.
Do them like a lady bird (: it looks sooo cutee, just paint them red, then get a thin brush and paint a black line across the top, where the pink would be on a french maincure. then in the centre a black line coming down from that, but not all the way. the do 2 white dot at the tip, (eyes) then black dots in nthe middle of those. Then symettric dots around the centre. A good idea is to just do this on the thumbs and paint the rest red (:
same here i got so sick of just painting them so me and my friends just went to the pharmacy and bought orange and black nail polish we painted them in stripes first we put the orange stripes on then we let them dry and put on the black stripes we also had bought


nail letters we put a words on each others hands it looked hectic.
