Any ideas about how to hang pictures and wind chimes w/o using nails?

i'm moving into the dorms and i love to have things on the walls and wind chimes hanging off my ceiling. but the dorm rules don't allow for holes to be put into any of the walls.Any ideas about how to hang pictures and wind chimes w/o using nails?
To hang pictures without nails: go to Lowes or Home Depot, Ace Hardware, someplace like that and get double sided tape that can be used for that purpose. I am not sure you can use it for windchimes, you can always ask if it could be used for that. The stuff works pretty well, I use it in my own home to hang small light fixtures, framed pictures. etc.Any ideas about how to hang pictures and wind chimes w/o using nails?
I used thumb tacks. They don't make holes in walls like nails do. Just push them in at an angle and hang your pics, and when you move out all you have to do is pull them out!

Be careful of double sided tape. After a period of time it can take the paint off the wall when removed.
yknow those hooks that are like stickers? i forget what theyre called. there strong stickers with hooks. you could jsut use that, XD
try sticky-tack or mighty putty
