Does any body have any ideas on how to make my nails grow fast?

As someone already said above... not bitting ... but i let you know this:





In my country (dominican republic) young and adult females prepare this and then they paint it in their nails...





you take a last coat enamel and you crush a head of garlic and cinnamon and you throw it to the enamel and after applying for few days it will start growing and getting stronger. Also you can try applying Olive oil in your hands and covering with a bag during the whole night. after this you will see mother nature can give to you: healtier and pretty nails ;-)Does any body have any ideas on how to make my nails grow fast?

Eat healthy and eat vitamins. Not sure which ones but I know the prenatal ones make them and your hair grow so sure it would work even if not pregnant
go to sally beauty supply or your local department store and find ';nutra nail'; it makes your nails grow at leat 3-4 CM in a week....trust me it's good stuff!

There are products out there you can find them. Sally Hansen has some great products. Check out Sally Beauty Supply they have salon products and their Nutra Nail works great. Another product, I think it is by Orly, is called Calcium Builder. Sales people in Sally are really trained well in this stuff. I know I worked there for a long time.
I just read about this in Prevention Magazine. Keep your nails moisturized with vegeatable oil every night, or even throughout the day.


Take an empty nail polish bottle and clean it out, pour some oil in, and watch thr results over the next week or two.


Also, file them in the same direction, not back and forth.
