Any ideas for nail repair after wearing acrylics i was guinea pig and they totally ruined and sore?

there is a product called Nail Tek, they make it in different formulas 1 and 2 I think. kinda of expensive but will help the process along. Mostly just takes time for the new nail to grow back in. keep them cut short so the jagged edges dont get caught on anything. sometimes in the beginning just wearing clear nail polish will help the appearance and the pain.Any ideas for nail repair after wearing acrylics i was guinea pig and they totally ruined and sore?
have them refilled or taken off prop, and keep putting moisturiser on them and just wait for it to grow out if its damaged?Any ideas for nail repair after wearing acrylics i was guinea pig and they totally ruined and sore?
Oh dear! To regain the nail health, have regular manicures.Use a good cuticle oil or almond oil on your nails every night at bedtime or if you can 3 times a day. Do not buff nails while having a manicure as it will b sore. Use a nail strengthner with silk fibres( Orly) or whatever is locally available instead of a polish or base. And BE PATIENT. Have a healthy diet. If you can find find silicea gel or capsules as they are particularly good for your nails, hair and skin. GOOD LUCK!
not even one
yeah i have one great idea do not be a guinea pig now hows that for a bit of common sense
This is for after removel....soak in warm olive oil for about 10 mins a night. put on a clear coat of sally hanson nail treatment hard as nails, use a good hand cream and rub into cuticals
You poor thing, I had to grow mine out too. Ensure you have got rid of all the acrylic by using acetone.

Keep your soft nails protected by using oil, preferably almond oil, to keep the water out, water softens your nails.

I used Sally Hansen miracle grow after to strengthen them , costs 拢9.00 a bottle but totally worth it.

Not a very nice stage to go through, my nails were in an awful state, I completely sympathise!
Oh no, that s*cks! Try to keep moisturising them, Vitamin E oil or cream, the oil works better though... good luck, I love my nails, would hate it if that happens to me.

You can get something for pain relief at the drug store the pharmacist will help you with that. There are lots of pain relief creams over the counter. You will have to wait for them to grow out and heal.
They problably filed away too much nail before putting them on. once off keep short and moisturise to cuticles back in shape, so your nails can grow strong. best to try to grow your own nails.
