I've got different colours on each nail, tips of nails, and glitter on top of the nail polish.

Stripes, or have multiple colours one each nail. like half and half. or something like dots of different colours.
Then you could also do something like writing or a symbol on your nails.

Put rhinestones on them, make flowers, little icons, words, check out the hong kong magazines
you can do three strips of blue and white under it paint you whole nail black idk
