My nail biting habit is really bad I need ideas how to stop please help!!!?

I'm always bitting my nails before a test after a test, when I'm bored when i'm scared I am always doing it and i have tried about everytheng HELP PLEASE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!My nail biting habit is really bad I need ideas how to stop please help!!!?

Buy fakes/have them put on. After a month or so, You won't have the desire to bite the plastic.
paint them really pretty or have them done and they will be so pretty u don't want to mess them up. And i don't know where she got it but my friend has the same bad habit and she bought this stuff that u put on ur nails that tastes really bad.
You can get this nail polish at Walmart or any store like that and its called


';Stop the Bite';


And its clear polish but it has the most awful freakin taste ,thats what helps me.

You decide to quit it. Make up your mind.
Try dipping your nails in pure lemon juice or vinegar.It taste`s gross!!
I used to bite my nails and If I got them done I wouldnt bite them. I dont bite them as much anymore. Also try putting vinegar on them. They will taste bad so you wont bite them
paint your nails or have them done, this is what ido to keep from bitting, besides the nail polish tastes bad....lol

I used to bite my nails a lot too, and I think I just eventually grew out of it, but painting your nails can help.





Also, instead of biting your nails when you're nervous or scared, you should try to form a new habit instead (like squeezing a stress ball) when you want to bite your nails.





But it really just depends on the person, so I hope this helps!
Get acrylic nails, and then you will not be able to chew them. After a month or so of the acylics, get them taken off, and you should be over your habit.

get ur nails done it helps for my nail bitting problem and if u bite ur nails with ur nails done it will taste rly bad
